1. PRESENTATION

FLYXS provides an online social networking platform "(the Platform") designed to allow adults to express themselves freely via video streaming and chat. Our job is not to produce live streaming, we limit ourselves to providing access to the platform to individuals (each FLYXS user) who can, via the platform, interact in audio/video mode with other FLYXS users. At the discretion of FLYXS users, these interactions may have an "adult" nature.

Your privacy and security are of paramount importance to us when you choose to use our service. FLYXS is committed to protecting the data you share with us.

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand how FLYXS processes information collected through the use of our website and platform, which may be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual ("Personal Data").

The following sections describe how we collect and process data for each of the four user groups defined above (guests, FLYXS Members, Independent Broadcasters and Earning Independent Broadcasters), including the data we collect and contribute for publishing, reporting with customers and email notifications.

2.2 Data from site visitors

If you are just a Guest of our site, this section is relevant for you.

When you visit FLYXS as a Guest, we will not ask you for any personal data

However, FLYXS may collect, record, aggregate and analyze information from ALL visitors to its website. In addition there are tracking systems such as to do so, namely FoxMetrics, Fivetran Inc., Snowflake Inc., Dataiku Inc, Dataiku SAS, Dataiku Ltd and Sisense Ltd. 2.3 Data from FLYXS Members, Independent Broadcasters

In order to provide additional services to its users, FLYXS has to collect more data from them, some of which is Personal Data.

If you register for an account, we collect your chosen "username" and email address.

This information is used by FLYXS to identify you and provide you with support, services, messages, offers and marketing actions, billing and to fulfill contractual obligations.

If you choose to fill out an optional profile to share information about you with FLYXS and our community of users, will include your ethnicity, sexual orientation, marital status, profile picture and biography if you share these data with us.

We will seek your explicit consent to process  collections from FLYXS or voluntarily provided by you. Please note that any consent will be entirely optional. However, if you do not grant the required consent to the processing of your Personal Data, using this website as something other than a "visitor" may not be possible.

If you are an "Independent Broadcaster", you will be asked to create a personal profile which includes your name or alias of your choice, an email address, profile pictures, gender, date of birth, relationship status, your interests and hobbies, ethnicity and sexual orientation. We ask you for this information in order to enable and monitor the use of our platform and site services. We will also keep snapshots of the broadcast video stream you have created, and we will use it to verify your age and to comply with legal obligations. Also, in order to comply with age verification laws and regulations, we ask for your consent to process your name, age, aliases, maiden names,

In the event that you become an Earning Broadcaster, or choose to make purchases of goods and services offered through the site, one or more of our payment service providers will collect the billing information submitted by you in order to facilitate the buying process. Such information will include your credit card number, its expiration data and billing address. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FINANCIAL DATA COLLECTED BY PAYMENT PROCESSORS. Financial data collected by our payment processors will only be used as necessary to initiate and complete orders placed through your account. For more information, please see our Payment Service section

Credit card purchases at FLYXS are processed with industry standard encryption using third party processors. These processors will only use your information for the purpose of processing your order. The financial data you share with our processors is considered private information and will not be shared with us or with third parties, except with your authorization, and only as necessary to execute the orders placed by you, with the knowledge of your transactions are subject to the rules and policies of such third parties.

In the event of a dispute relating to a purchase made by credit card, FLYXS customer service may receive from the relevant payment processor a truncated version of the credit card number, for the sole purpose of identifying the purchase and assisting or resolving the problem problem. In this case we would therefore have in our possession the partial number of your credit card, which we would use for the correct administration of the payment service.

FLYXS Members should be aware that the use of chat or any other means of communication through our Platform may involve the disclosure of information that could make you personally identifiable to us or other FLYXS users or Members. The security and privacy protections implemented on our Platform do not cover this type of transfer or disclosure of personal information. All users of our platform are solely responsible for the content of their messaging and the resulting disclosure of personal data. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that the collection and processing of data is carried out in accordance with applicable law.We will not process our users' Personal Data disclosed in this way or otherwise unless authorized by our users through appropriate consents, as required by contract or law, or as necessary for the Site's functionality. Please DO NOT share our users' Personal Data . no one else on the FLYXS Platform.

3.5 Payment Service Providers

3.6 Third Party Goods/Service Providers

A Service Provider provides organizations with consultancy, legal, real estate, communications, archiving, processing, etc. While a service provider can be a sub-organizational unit, it is usually a third-party or external provider, including financial service providers (banks or payment processors), telecommunications service providers, application service providers, storage service providers , Internet Service Providers ("ISPs"), etc.

If you choose to fill out an optional profile to share information about yourself with FLYXS and our community of Users we collect, it may include your ethnicity, sexual orientation, marital status, profile picture, and bio .

FLYXS will not retain data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. FLYXS users have control over the purpose of data collection and the duration of retention of Personal Data. Users with an active account (FLYXS Members) will then have the responsibility to delete the data when prompted.When a FLYXS member's account is terminated or expires, all personal data collected through the Platform will be deleted, as required by applicable law, with the exception of retaining your Personal Data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

FLYXS users can access and modify, update or delete data relating to their contacts at any time by accessing the FLYXS platform with their username and password.
